What to do
1. Inform FlyInsure
Please inform us as soon as possible about the insurance case or accident.
2. Submit written notification
According to the insurance terms, you are required to give written notice of any insurance case immediately, but no later than one week after occurrence.
3. Use the appropriate form
The forms for third-party liability claims, accident insurance claims and rescue costs can be downloaded below.
4. Further procedure
After we receive your initial information, we will contact you to clarify the further procedure.
Important note
Costs are reimbursed according to the policy. However, FlyInsure does not organise emergency rescue, medical assistance or repatriation.
Forms for Download
You can download the forms, print, complete and sign them, and then send them to us by post or as a scanned copy by e-mail. If you need additional space, please use a supplementary sheet.
